Biocair is pleased to announce that we are upgrading our Quality Management System (QMS), reinforcing our continued investment in operational performance and support for our customers.
As part of our ongoing strategy to enhance our global systems, Biocair will transition from Trackwise Digital QMS to Zen QMS, a new platform that offers a more streamlined, modern interface and flexible functionality to support our growing global operations and the needs of our customers.
Zen QMS will offer a comprehensive range of quality processes, including document management, training management, audit management, complaints and non-conformances, CAPA, change control and supplier quality management.
Implementation planning is currently underway with an anticipated launch in Q2 2026. During this transition period, Biocair will continue to operate with TrackWise Digital until the new system is implemented to ensure a smooth changeover. Our dedicated global Quality team will continue to support customers during the implementation process to maintain the high standards of service.
