Biocair recently announced a partnership with Aport, a laboratory relocation specialist headquartered in the UK. The partnership will further enable customers to benefit from a seamless, integrated approach to transporting valuable laboratory samples and equipment.

The partnership offers simplified project management, expertise from two industry experts and a single point of contact for all customer projects. Biocair and Aport will mark the start of the partnership with a free webinar entitled “10 Steps to Follow when Relocating Your Laboratory,” taking place on Thursday, June 10, 2021 (11AM BST).

While speaking about this partnership, Bruce Kennedy, Chief Commercial Officer at Biocair, comments:

“Many of our customers move samples at the same time as other laboratory equipment, such as scientific instruments or cleanrooms, so we often get asked if we can provide additional transportation services. We are delighted to announce this partnership with Aport as it provides our customers the complete peace of mind that, in addition to their precious time-sensitive and temperature-controlled samples being taken care of, their whole array of laboratory equipment is now in the hands of industry experts under one single project.”

Tom Wickstead, Commercial Director at Aport, says the partnership sets new standards for the industry:

“We have worked with Biocair on numerous projects and having witnessed their expertise and specialist services first hand, a partnership seemed the next logical step to bring greater value and flexibility to our customers. It means everything they need is sorted with one contact point and one invoice.”

Both companies support some of the world’s largest R&D, biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations worldwide, and offer services ranging from local on-site moves to global relocation projects.
