Biocair is proud to announce that it has successfully achieved Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) accreditation, a government-backed certification scheme in the UK that verifies organizations are effectively safeguarding against common cyber threats.

The Cyber Essentials Plus certification demonstrates Biocair’s strong commitment to protecting client data and ensuring continuity of service across its global network. By attaining CE+, Biocair has undergone an independent, technical audit of its cybersecurity controls, confirming that the company’s systems are secure and resilient.

Cyber Essentials Plus builds upon the standard Cyber Essentials framework by requiring a hands-on technical assessment from an accredited external assessor. This process verifies that the five core cybersecurity controls—Firewalls, Secure Configuration, Access Control, Malware Protection, and Patch Management—are correctly implemented and operating effectively.

"Safeguarding sensitive information is central to our role as a trusted partner to the life sciences industry," said Emma Turner, Chief Information Officer at Biocair. "Achieving Cyber Essentials Plus reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting our clients’ data, mitigating risks, and ensuring uninterrupted service in a digital-first world."

This achievement underscores Biocair’s proactive approach to cybersecurity, strengthening confidence among clients and partners that their critical logistics operations are supported by a secure and resilient IT infrastructure.
