Biocair is pleased to announce the successful implementation of Zen QMS, our new Quality Management System, which is now fully operational. This milestone marks an important step in our ongoing investment in strengthening and modernising our global quality infrastructure.
Zen QMS replaces our previous TrackWise Digital platform and provides a modern, integrated solution to support key quality processes, including:

Complaints and non-conformances

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Change control

Supplier quality management
The new platform has been designed to enhance efficiency, transparency, and agility across our global operations, helping us continue to deliver the highest standards of quality and compliance for our customers.
The transition was successfully completed under Change Control references CR-00262 and CC-5. While TrackWise Digital will remain accessible for a defined period to support legacy records, all new quality activities are now being managed within Zen QMS.
Importantly, this change will not impact the level of service our customers receive. Our Quality team remains fully committed to ensuring a seamless experience and maintaining the high standards that our partners expect from Biocair.
