Supporting career progression at every stage
Rikke Hogg, Control Tower Manager EMEA
Rikke joined Biocair in 2016 within the Customer Service Team and progressed through several operational roles before stepping into her current regional leadership position and joining the Senior Leadership Team. Her career path reflects steady growth built on experience and adaptability.
As Rikke shares: “My progression through the company and the experience I have gained at each level has not only given me valuable knowledge and skills but also helped me understand the challenges that come with each role, and that has shaped my management style to this day.”
Rebecca Malebatja, Accounts Payable Specialist
Rebecca began her Biocair journey in 2021 as a Costing Assistant and now works as an Accounts Payable Specialist focusing on financial analysis and cashflow management. With support from her manager and a Biocair bursary, she is currently studying towards her Chartered Global Management Accountant qualification.
Rebecca says: “I believe women possess immense capabilities and can thrive in any industry, including those traditionally dominated by men. The support I have received from Biocair has demonstrated their ongoing commitment to helping women to succeed.”
Busisiwe Nkwanyana, Finance Administrator
Busisiwe joined Biocair in 2025 and plays a key role in managing invoicing, credit notes and financial processes that support smooth global operations. She values the encouragement and opportunity to develop within the business.
In Busisiwe’s words: “Biocair values women and believes women have unlimited capabilities and they are destined for great achievement. I truly believe that I will grow and develop within this industry.”
Lilly Kotze, Customer Care Representative
Lilly joined Biocair in 2021 as a Monitoring Coordinator during COVID, gaining valuable global exposure to shipment tracking and delivery processes. Eager to deepen her understanding, she proactively sought new challenges and transitioned into a Logistics Coordinator role in 2023, expanding her responsibilities across collections, flight bookings and end to end shipment management.
As Lilly reflects: “I’m loving my career journey at Biocair. It makes me so happy to see myself growing in the business. Every chance I get, I grab it.”
Visibility, opportunity and industry progress
