All shipment requests, whether submitted via Biocair Connect or through an email order form, require the same information. This includes:
• Shipper and Consignee details
• Detailed description of the materials/commodity
• Number and quantity of samples/pieces
• End/final use
• Value for Customs (International shipments only)
• Incoterms (International shipments only)
• Any associated hazards to the materials
• Temperature and packaging requirements
• GDP/GMP product
• Any available supplemental documentation, i.e. MSDS, Packing Slips, Import/Export Permits, etc.
Access the portal to register with your email address and account number. An activation link will then be sent to your email address within 24 hours.

Upon logging on, you will be taken to the Biocair Connect dashboard. From here, you can create a shipment, track an existing shipment or navigate the portal via helpful quick links.

TCVs are typically only needed for pallet size shipments or shipments of extremely high value. If in doubt, please consult your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM). If you are not sure who your CRM is, please reach out to us at enquiries@biocair.com and we'll be glad to assist you.
Users within the same company can now share their saved addresses with each other, making it quicker and easier to set up shipments. To activate this feature, go to your Settings in Biocair Connect and switch on the two new radio buttons under the Address Book section. Once enabled, all addresses in your address book will be visible to colleagues in your organization who have also activated the feature.
✅ Only users under the same company account can view shared addresses.
Yes — Biocair Connect now supports collaborative shipment editing. You can open and modify any shipment created by another user in your company if it’s either:
In Draft form (editable and submittable at any time), or
In the Shipment Summary tab and more than 24 hours away from collection.
No need to enable anything — this feature is automatically available for all users in the same organization.
