On average our customers scored us 88.58% on several different aspects of our service, including: ENQUIRIES, CONSIGNMENT COLLECTION, INVOICING, OVERALL SERVICE,
Our highest scores this month were for ‘Courtesy of Staff’ and ‘Completeness of Service’. Some of the positive feedback we received commented on our International Paperwork services and our helpful team.
Points for Improvement: We received some comments on how we could improve our Online Services. We are currently redesigning the Biocair website, due to be launched in September. This will be followed by improvements (in line with your suggestions) to our Online Booking Services.
